Stewart & Prentice Paradise Garage Brut Methode Champenoise

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. It pours with a frothy white mousse that shows good hold. Pale straw apricot tinged colour with a profuse fine bead. The nose displays aromas of pear intermixed with baked bread and hints of strawberry underpinned by some sherbet and subtle lees characters. Light and vibrant the palate has flavours of pears, lemon sherbet and hints of strawberries. Crisp acidity with a dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, lemon sherbet and faint yeast lees characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
