2007 Maxwell Wines Mount Bold Chardonnay Viognier

Colour: Vibrant pale-straw. Bouquet: Ripe citrus and stone fruits, with a hint of freshly-cut rockmelon. Palate: Deceptively full-flavoured yet with a light, zesty appeal that creates a balanced and refreshing white wine. Flavours of melon and grapefruit intermingle with a touch of mandarin to provide a lively palate and a delicate dry finish. Ageing potential: Drink now to enjoy all the youthful crispness and fresh flavours. 13.5% ALC/VOL

2007 Patrick T Wines Joanna Wrattonbully Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Pale with hints of green tinge.Bouquet: This fresh and zingy wine has a lively herbaceous nose combined with tropical mango and guava fruits. Colour:  Visually this wine appears ripe for drinking, golden in colour and showing deep flavour. Bouquet:  This elegant wine shows abundant stone fruit and citrus flavours on both the bouquet and palate.
Palate:  It is a smooth, flavoursome and elegant wine with a lingering crisp finish which is enhanced by the judicious use of quality French oak during the wine’s maturation.Ageing potential:  This wine will improve for the next 3-4 years and then age gracefully for another 3-5 years. 13.5% ALC/VOL

Colour: Pale yellow tending golden hues.
Bouquet: The wine shows aromas of melon and hints of developing toasty fig characters from bottle ageing.

Colour: Light straw hues. Bouquet: Fresh tropical notes of melon and nectarine. Palate: Soft, smooth flavours of peach and melon with a crisp acid finish.Ageing potential: Best drunk now while still young and zesty. 13.5% ALC/VOL
