Tasting note.. Pale salmon pink. Delivers the goods with powerful scents of fresh out-of-the-bag marshmallows. A silky, creamy mouthfeel carries a fat, sweet burst of marshmallow and jelly baby confectionary flavours. Ends briefly and slightly less sweet with the jelly baby notes lingering. A convincing if one dimensional cocktail ingredient for chocolate marshmallows or a 'marshmallow-tini'. 18% Alc./Vol.

Recipe:Marshmallow-tini
-Glass: Martini, tall spiral stem
-60ml gin or vodka
-20/30ml Sexy Cat liqueur

Method:
1. Place ice in a mixing glass, filling it at 2/3’s full.
2. Pour in the ingredients.
3. Stir gently for about 5 seconds until all the ingredients are cold.
4. Strain into a chilled glass
