Sassy Sister Decadent Blueberry Liqueur (500ml)

A liqueur based on a 24 year old brandy blended with a younger nine year old. Organically grown blueberries and red currants are added to the mix and the liqueur is matured for another 3 to 4 years before bottling.

Tasting note: A first for Australia, this deep crimson coloured liqueur has a tawny rust-red hue and appealingly fresh aromas of pine buds, semi ripe blueberry and tart grapey notes. Viscous and deeply flavoured with flashes of juniper and blueberry tart, it's more luscious and muscat-like towards the finish. The sugar/acid balance is finely tuned, while the base spirit is nicely integrated with the fruit. 33.4% Alc./Vol.
