Santamania Dry Gin (700ml)

Made from Spanish grape neutral spirit obtained mainly from native grapes, Santamania use juniper berries, which are uniformly ripe. Coriander and liquorice bring some additional notes and the flavour is finished off with a hint of Spanish lime and lemon and a delicate touch of angelica. Spanish pistachio nuts add a light and original nuance, and a touch of raspberry lends itself to the fruit note we sought to achieve.

Tasting note: Perfect clarity. Attractive and fresh aromas of white pepper, lemon lozenge, coriander and ripe juniper. Five minutes shifts the emphasis to lemon myrtle. Light to medium bodied with relaxed lemon sorbet, piney juniper and mild vanilla / lemon lozenge aftertaste. A light and delicate, citrus-focussed style for easy drinking. 41% Alc./Vol.
