Tasting note: [Batch 5] Micro-distilled in Spreyton on the Cradle Coast in north-west Tasmania then finished with pristine water from Lake Barrington. Pronounced juniper, pepperberry and cardamom-like aromas build with hints of lime peel. Fresh, lively and crisp on entry with intense, medium dry juniper and citrus peel led flavours. Finishes creamy, pepper-laced and vibrant with pine-menthol and lemon pith through the aftertaste. Nice length and balance. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
