Salinger Premium Cuvee

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier. Pours with a good frothy white mousse that dissipates relatively quickly to reveal a very pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Aromas of citrus, pear, subtle yeast lees and toast. On the palate citrus, yeast lees and light baked bread flavours are overlaid by some toastiness. Clean crisp finish. Aftertaste of citrus, yeast lees and toast.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Good white frothy mousse that dissipates relatively quickly revealing a pale straw base wine colour with pale gold edges. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. The nose displays delicate citrus aromas followed by some biscuit and yeast lees characters. The palate delivers a flavour profile of yeast lees, citrus and baked bread. Clean crisp finish with almost creamy like mouthfeel. Good length with medium to long yeast lees, citrus and baked bread aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
