Tasting note: Perfectly clear, silvery appearance. Opening pass finds pronounced lemon sherbet / lemonade gelato with little in the way of background botanicals detectable. Air contact adds only vague, almost indiscernible notes of pepper and muted juniper. Otherwise a lemon-fest. Slightly drier than the nose suggests with lively peel and white pepper warmth followed by hints of cool mint in the fade. A citrus-heavy style that needs more botanical input to balance. 42% Alc./Vol.
