Produced from estate-grown sugar cane and aged in small oak barrels.

Tasting note: [40% Alc./Vol. batch tasted] Deep copper / some minor particles evident so not ideal clarity. A classy rum sniff offering suggestions of bounty bar, vanilla cream, maple syrup and toffee. Rich and viscous with a superb amalgam of roasted nuts, buttered fruit cake, pecan pie and dried fig to finish. Luxurious and deftly balanced.

Other reviews... Sweet and sippable, this nut-brown spirit has complex, rich flavors and a soft feel. The aroma is dark and somewhat boozy, with notes of dried fruit and burnt toffee. On the palate, look for creamy vanilla, cinnamon, clove and mocha flavors, with a lovely rounded finish.
