Robinvale Wines Non Alcoholic Sparkling Passion

Like all of Robinvale’s non alcoholic sparkling wines, this wine has been produced from biodynamic grapes which has had passionfruit juice added and then carbonated. Bright golden colour. The bead is very ordinary, being quite coarse and dissipates quickly. The nose has a very pronounced passionfruit lift, reminiscent of the soft drink made by Cottees, called Passiona. Lolly, sweet palate, with very ripe grape juice. Creamy texture. Soft acidity. Serve cold. The fizziness on the back palate produces a refreshing balance to the sweetness.
