A quaffer. Very pale straw colour. Good mousse, fine bead, with reasonable persistence. The nose displays grapey sorbet like aroma with hints of peach and fig on the end. Creamy texture with lemon sorbet flavours overlaid by subtle peach. Soft acid finish.
