This is the third of the trio of fabulous wines comprising the Museum Release from R.L. Buller & Son. This three generation family company has been renowned for its ports and has a long list of show medals to its credit. All generations of the family have contributed to the wines in this blend. The Museum Release is a blend of tawny ports, some dating back to 1940. We believe it to be one of the truly great examples of an old tawny available in Australia today.

Medium brown colour, reddish lights, green at rim. On the nose there are heavy scents of sweet toffee with chocolate nuances and some nuttiness.

On the palate there are sweet flavours of toffee complexed with layered chocolate and nutty rancio characters. Lifted, well integrated spirit. A note of caramelised sugar. Nutty after taste. Lovely drying finish.
