Grape Varieties: 100% Black Vernaccia
Region: The village of Serrapetrona in the region of Marche.
Production: The grapes are harvested mid October, November and the bunches are hung from beams to wither in airy rooms until February. Fermentation takes place in big pressure barrels to produce a sparkling wine.
Characteristics: The colour is ruby with purple reflections and is full of wild berry aromas and flavours. Slightly spicy with hints of liquorice and delicate tannins. The palate is warm, full bodied and persistent. Demi sec.
Serve: 14-16°C
