Zuidam Oude Genever 1 Year Old Genever (500ml)

A Genever distilled in Zuidam’s traditional red copper pot stills. A small portion is set aside and redistilled with juniper, liquorice, aniseed and other botanicals. The spirit is then aged for one year in American oak casks resulting in barrel-aged gin with notes of bread, oak, vanilla, bittersweet juniper, grain sweetness, liquorice, star anise and subtle spice.
