'Biała' meaning ’white’ in Polish, is inspired by the clean white snow that falls on the primeval Bialowieza Forest in winter. Made with high-quality rye and mineral-rich water from the Narew River, the spirit is seven times distilled and then filtered through platinum for extra purity.
