Crystal clear with a silvery blush. Subdued aromatics are intitially cabbage / saurkraut like. Settles down with sweeter hints of merringue and a trace of white pepper - otherwise clean and relatively neutral. The palate is soft, mildly oily, semi sweet with waxy potato flavours accompanied by a delicate, tingly pepperiness that lingers briefly. Clean, dry aftertaste.
