Made from Chardonnay grapes. Pours with a fleshy white mousse that hold well over a very pale straw coloured base. An exceptionally fine bead showing good persistence. Citrus, pear and sherbet are trailed by some delicate lees notes. Light and racy with a tense feel, citrus and green apple flavours are complimented by subtle lees characters. Dry chalky finish with crisp acidity and a lemony aftertaste.
