Infused with raspberries and hibiscus for pink colour, this is a breezy, lighter-bodied sloe-style for Summer sipping. Juniper comes second to attractive, mildly candied aromas and flavours of strawberry, raspberry, Turkish Delight and cherry chocolate combined with a spicy, fresh, white-pepper and berry finish. Located in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, the distillery's name is derived from the delicate flavours contributed by rooftop bees as they gather nectar. 40% Alc./Vol.
