Notes from the producers... Initial aromas of cherries are followed by hints of almonds with a faint wisp of chocolate. The palate offers rich flavours of stewed cherries and fruits with a very slight tartness on the finish. A well balanced and long and intense finish with a pleasing aftertaste. Botanicals include juniper berries, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, sweet orange, lemon peel, liquorice root and black cherry. 41.3% Alc./Vol.
