Tasting note: A fusion spirit composed of premium vodka and 'super premium' tequila, macerated at a high temperature to acheive a harmonious blend. Perfectly clear with a brilliant silvery appearance. Appealing aromas resemble salted rice cracker, lime peel, dill pickle and resiny, sappy agave. Loses definition after several minutes air contact. A silky, off-dry entry follows through with lively blanco tequila flavours including roasted capsicum, black pepper, salted lime and dried dill. Finishes more dilute, vodka-like with the mid palate intensity narrowing to mineral / desert dry tequila in the fade. 40% Alc./Vol.
