A fluffy white mousse dissipates to reveal a very pale straw coloured base that has a very fine and nibble stream of bubbles flowing through it. Pear and citrus aromas are to the fore with some apple, light baked bread and sherbet notes also present. Refreshing pear, apple and citrus fruits overlay a subtle yeast lees and sherbet back drop. Airy mouthfeel finishing crisp and dry with a fruit driven aftertaste.
