Square One Vodka is produced from USDA Certified Organic Rye, grown in the cool, dry state of North Dakota, before being delivered to the distillery located some 1300 kilometers away in Rigby, Idaho. There, distillation takes place only once - which is unusual for a Vodka, whose producers usually make a virtue of multiple distillations "for purity." Square One insist they have it right the first time. We can't argue. This is a superbly textured, immaculately balanced Vodka. Whilst the flavour profile is similar to others on the market, Square One's method of delivering flavour is without peer. The effort has paid off!
