From the small Mediterranean island of Chios, the only place where Mastiha tree's aromatic sap is harvested, this distinctive spirit has traveled the world. The sap is harvested by pricking the trees, causing them to 'weep'. The sap is then cleaned and distilled in a base of high quality neutral spirit which captures the aroma and flavour of the Mastiha.
