Silvio Carta Boigin Gin (700ml)

A juniper, citrus and herb-infused craft gin from Zeddiani, Sardinia. The name “Boigin” refers to the Italian word for ox: bue. “Boi” is a play on the word “Bue” hence 'Boigin'. The ox refers to the liveliness that's reflected in the gin. Lemon, tangerine and orange peel have been added for body and freshness.

Tasting note: Clear. A light to medium bodied gin with orange blossom and juniper aromas. Flavours of lemon verbana, frail mineral and juniper are rounded off in a brisk, drying finish. 40% Alc./Vol.
