Tasting note: Burnished copper. Nosing hints at molasses, maple syrup, vanilla custard and buckwheat pancake. Cream textured with good weight and a silky, mouth coating, vanilla confectionary, clove, white pepper and maple syrup profile. Nice length and balance. 40% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... Made with a blend of rums aged seven years, this silky spirit has an amber color and warm toffee aroma. On the palate, this rum is relatively dry, with clove and cinnamon spice and a lingering vanilla note. Good alcohol balance, just enough for structure.
