Tasting note: Matured in ex-Martinborough Pinot Noir French oak barrels for three months, this amber gold expression slightly tames the herbaceousness of the distillery's 'Native' gin. Thyme, lemon oregano and tarragon feature on the nose along with hints of Summer pudding. There's an appealing cough lozenge character on the palate, with dried herbs and pepper accented at the finish. 42% Alc./Vol.
