Impressive burnished bronze appearance. Oozes caramel on the nose followed by hints of honeycomb and nougat however the intensity and freshness drops several notches after brief aeration. The palate offers an interesting juxtaposition between the mildly peppery vodka base and the infusion. Sweet, luscious caramel / honeycomb flavours are delivered with a silky texture with good length and without being overly sweet. Thins out towards the finish before concluding delicately bitter. 45% Alc./Vol.
