A very fine Champagne. Bright straw colour with excellent mousse and very fine persistent bead. The nose is a touch more subdued than expected with notes of nougat, toast, lees and almond emerging. The palate has an excellent creamy texture with toast, lees and biscuit flavours emerging. Excellent length with long aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
