Ozeki Yamada Nishiki Sake (720ml)

Sake (a strong rice wine) is the traditional alcoholic drink of Japan, and is made from polished sake rice which is then fermented. The more polished the rice, and the more rice used, the more refined and aromatic the Sake.

This Sake is made from 'Yamada Nishiki' sake rice (a top-grade Sake rice which has been polished to at least 70% of its original size). The final result is a medium dry Junmai Sake with a full flavour. Can be drunk hot or cold.
