Contributing to their already well renowned range of chocolate liqueurs, the Mozart distillery have produced a creamless version comprising of cocoa and vanilla which has been macerated in a sugarcane distillate for 30 days. A certain part of the cocoa macerate is kept in oak barrels for two years to round out its natural bitterness. 17% Alc./Vol.
