Manly Spirits Coastal Stone Aglianico Single Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

The final edition in a trio of Italian wine inspired whiskies was drawn from American oak hogsheads that previously held Aglianico wine from Australian Winery, Mino & Co. A 25ml sample found fresh aromas of spiced plum, dried apricot and pomace suggesting active wine input while lending an aged grappa-like feel to the mid-palate. The vibrant, medium long finish offers warming alcohol and hints at fruit cake. 52.6% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 600 bottles produced.
