Lucano Del Cavaliere Vermouth (700ml)

Vermouth Del Cavaliere has been revived from the liquor tradition of the Vena family which stretches back to the late 19th century. Production started out a few years after their famous amaro, but was interrupted during the First World War and only recently re-commenced. The main ingredient is red wine from Piedmont. The predominant aromatic herb is Artemisia Absinthium. Oregano, coriander, orange and angelica are also included. Described as a style with good bitter sweet balance, the idea behind the label design comes from an old print from the early 1900s which shows a Knight after a long journey who finally gets his prized reward: Lucano! 18% Alc./Vol.
