Tasting note: Finished in whisky barrels for two months. Aromas of lemon barley sugar, green pine shoots and hints of white pepper followed by medium bodied flavours of juniper and lemon butter with a finely astringent, pepper, herb and green wood accented finish. A drier-styled aged gin that retains good juniper character. 41.3% Alc./Vol.
