This wine has been made from several base wine components. Reserve wine bases from 1994, 1988 and 1984 were used and blended with base wines from 1996 and 1997. Excellent creamy mousse. Fine bead, moderate persistence. Straw colour with delicate aroma of biscuit, lees and roast almond. Full bodied palate with creamy texture. Flavours of hazelnut and yeast lees with a touch of grapefruit. Very good length. Crisp acid finish.
