A combination of locally grown anise and herbs blended with triple distilled Ord River spirit.

Tasting note: The deep emerald green colour is a little overdone. Anise is evident but seems partially obscured by raw sugar / confectionary / liquorice bullet-like aromas, finally resolving into old liquorice strap after exposure. Third pass finds a further loss of focus and definition as the anise-like notes become barely discernible. A thick creamy entry follows through to a sweet, broad, flabby liquorice strap profile that fades flat, off balance and is fairly fleeting. 30% Alc./Vol.
