A new release from Australia's largest single malt whisky distillery, Hellyers Road. Produced using their own single malt whisky, fresh cream from the dairy next door and hazelnut. The guys at Hellyers Road tell us it was a hit on their stand at the recent Fine Food Australia exhibition at the Melbourne Exhibition Center.

Tasting notes: The liqueur pours an opaque, pale yellow cream colour with a consistency slightly thicker than milk. The nose reveals decadent aromas of praline, vanilla bean and white chocolate. A creamy palate entry follows with concentrated flavours of praline, vanilla and honeycomb supported by a very soft spirit backbone. Luxurious, silky mouth feel - not at all cloying.
