Tasting note: [Batch 104/003] From St Leonards, on Sydney's North Shore, Finders is produced in a 300L copper pot still in a single distillation. Ingredients are precisely rationed, so batch blending isn't required. Employing botanicals like chamomile, native gum and wattle seed, it offers vivid aromas of orange and lemon peel, menthol, crushed pine buds & potpourri. It also packs in the flavour for an entry level ABV; vibrant juniper, pepper and citrus combine with a silky, creamy mouthfeel, leaving you with lemon, pine and a warming finish. 41.5% Alc./Vol.
