Don Papa Small Batch Rum (700ml)

Ths rum takes its inspiration from the Phillipine's former occupiers, back when Spain still colonised the country in 1565 a rule which lasted for 333 years. Inspired by the story of Papa Isio, who played a big part in the late-19th century Philippine revolution, the rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It's first aged for at least 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended. The packaging is terrific. We look forward to tasting the rum! 40% Alc./Vol.
