Pours with a buoyant white mousse. Water like base wine colour with a greenish tinge around the edges. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Top notes of apple and pears are followed by some lemon sherbet. The palate has good fruit and a zippy mouthfeel with flavours of pears and baked apples to the fore over some sherbet and citrus. Dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of pear, baked apples, sherbet and citrus.
