Moderate mousse with pale straw base colour. Very fine and persistent bead. The nose displays primary aromas of green apple and tropical fruit. The palate is quite full bodied with flavours of baked apple, cinnamon and spice with a strawberry end note. Creamy texture with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of baked apple and cinnamon.
