Made from a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet. The surprise about this wine is that it is labelled as Sparkling Burgundy. Creamy mauve brick red mousse. The base wine is brick red colour. Moderate sized bead with moderate persistence. Aroma of plum, and spice followed by a hint of leather and earth. Short palate and aftertaste. A Quaffer at best.
