This Prosecco is labelled Extra Dry but is not as dry as sparkling wines with zero dosage. Moderate creamy mousse, with fine bead of medium persistence. Bright straw colour base wine. On the nose light lemon notes are evident followed by a touch of biscuit. Creamy palate texture. There is a hint of unripe peach and biscuit flavours on the palate. Good length. Clean finish. Aftertaste of biscuit and light peach. Cellar 2-3 years (2009-2010) Alc/Vol: 11%
