Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs Champagne

Pours with a creamy white mousse that holds well. Once dissipated it reveals a pale straw base wine colour with an exceptionally fine bead that shows excellent persistence. Lifted pear, baked apple and toast aromas emerge from the glass followed by baked bread and citrusy brioche notes. Rich and toasty with a creamy mid palate and refreshingly dry finish the palate features flavours of citrus and pear infused with oily toast like characters followed by baked bread, cashew and yeast lees. Excellent length with a long aftertaste of pear, oily baked bread, subtle citrus, cashew and yeast lees. A full, flavoursome style of Blanc de Blanc.
