Brillet Belle de Brillet Poire Williams au Cognac Liqueur (700ml)

A liqueur composed of 20% Williams pears picked at their peak of ripeness, macerated, then blended with 42.5% Brillet Cognac with the remainder being sugar syrup. Each bottle requires approximately 10kg of pears to produce. Nosing reveals powerful aromas of stewed pear, clove and cinnamon. Entry is soft, silky and lusciously textured with sweet pear juice and delicate cinnamon flavours. Very gently warming spirit. Finishes clean and semi sweet with a very long spicy pear aftertaste and subtle anise fade. Delicious, but definitely for a sweet tooth. 30% Alc./Vol.
