Bortolotti UB Prosecco Extra Dry

White creamy mousse with good hold. Pale straw base colour with pale gold edges. Very fine and persistent bead. Delicate aromas of grapefruit, brioche, toast and citrus. Light across the palate with delicate flavours of lemon, biscuit and light toast, with some cashew emerging on the back palate. Clean, crisp, very dry finish with aftertaste of citrus, biscuit and cashew.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2013).
