Based in the French Alps, Bigallet have been producing this bittersweet elixir since 1875. Similar to an Amaro, it follows a traditional recipe based on sweet and bitter orange peels macerated in sugar beet neutral spirit, then re-distilled in alembic stills. The formula also includes four plants, seeds and spices. Expect flavours of bitter orange peel, liquorice, cardamom, pepper and cinnamon. 40% Alc./Vol.
