Other reviews... Launched in October 2012, Biercee Gin takes its name from its place of origin, the Biercée Distillery. The tall, square bottle is presented wrapped in a black and white diamond cardboard casing, a reference to the clothing of court jesters, mirroring the distillery’s livery.
Appearance: Crystal clear. Aroma: Fragrant and spicy with cumin, fresh coriander and piney juniper overtones of lavender and camphor. Taste: Cumin spice and naan bread-like coriander sit alongside piney juniper in this spice market of a gin. Despite the spice Biercee has a soft mouthfeel but is perhaps more Indian than Belgium in style. Aftertaste: Cumin spice, piney juniper and white pepper spice. 4.5 stars - www.diffordsguide.com
