The mousse and bead on this inexpensive sparkling wine rival many a more expensive wine. Excellent creamy white mousse, with very good persistence. The base wine is a very pale straw colour. Delicate nose, with aroma of winter strawberries and just a hint of citrus. Delicate palate flavours and creamy texture. Hints of strawberry and citrus are evident, with a touch of biscuit. Soft acid finish.
