This sparkling pours well delivering a white creamy mousse that shows good hold. Very fine and persistent bead with a pale straw base wine colour. The nose displays fruity aromas of grapefruit, baked apple and citrus. Clean crisp refreshing palate with relatively straight forward flavours of grapefruit citrus and some lees characters. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of grapefruit and citrus.
