Baitz Goccia D'oro Liqueur (750ml)

This is a lively, fruity liqueur of Italian origin. Translated it means "Drops of Gold" and has a predominance of citrus flavours enhanced by several herbs and spices. By varying the citrus and spice blends, each manufacturer alters the product to suit his own interpretation. The Baitz product has as its base the tangy note of orange, modified by just the right amounts of lemon and lime. The aromatic notes are achieved by the addition of spices such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamon and caraway to name but a few. Baitz Goccia d'Oro will add a pleasant spicy quality to certain cocktails and long drink recipes.Alternative uses for this liqueur include use in sauces for fish and poultry dishes, hot toddies or toppings for cakes, sweets and ice-cream.
